Chip Breaux has played bass with Reading and Harrisburg Symphony Orchestras for over 35 years. He is currently teaching bass and cello at the Kimberton Waldorf School. He Attended Berklee School of Music, Philadelphia College of Performing Arts and Peabody Conservatory of Music. Chip performs jazz with many players in clubs and festivals on the east coast.
This opportunity to perform with Maestro Kenneth Gehret and Dr. Paul Miller will be a very enjoyable musical event you don’t want to miss. The following week we will be the rhythm section for Pete Souders. A legendary horn player from Reading, PA who ran and performed at Ortlieb’s Jazz House in Philadelphia for over 20 years. Pete will be featured for your musical entertainment on October 30th as we lean towards the macabre as we follow the season with some tricks and treats. Truly an afternoon to enjoy some swing and Latin standards.
